Store Policy

1. All sales are final! No returns. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.


2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any damaged goods. All attempts will be made to replace products damaged during the shipping process. If we are sold out of a product, we can offer a refund or replace with an equivalent product.

 

3. Most orders will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS. Packages weighing less than 1 pound will ship via USPS First Class Parcel. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided via an automated shipping notification. Add [email protected] to your address book so these shipping emails don't go to your spam folder! If you don't receive your notification please email us and we can provide your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hrs to update once received by shipping company. 


4. All sale prices and discount codes are temporary! Sale prices and discounts will not be extended beyond the expiration of a promotion. Discount codes must be used at the time of checkout. When entered correctly, you will see the discount applied to your total before finalizing your order. Be sure to tap the "plus" icon after entering your code in order to activate it. Only one discount code can be used per order.


5. At this time we are only shipping to the US. However, shipping arrangements can be made outside of the US if a customer is interested in our products. Please email a list of products with quantities and sizes included and your shipping address. We can get a shipping estimate prepared for you. No obligation to buy! We will send an invoice via Paypal for international orders.
